Thumb Guard
Individualized fit with themoplastic material
A thermal fit guard made of thermoplastic material fits the shape of an individual's finger by molding with warm water and provides a firm support to the thumb movement.
Maintain wrist movement
A short length type does not suppress wrist movement while tightly supporting the thumb. It can also accommodate dynamic wrist movement.
Reduce bulkiness when applying
The compact shape reduces the bulkiness as much as possible when applying. It can also be worn under the baseball gloves or the goalkeeper gloves.
How to select proper size of the Thumb Guard
Measure the distance from the first thumb joint to the base of the wrist at its narrowest part and the circumference of the wrist. If your two measurements do not match the proposed combination, choose your size based on your wrist measurement.

IS Game Ready Covered by Insurance?
Some insurance providers will cover the cost of the Game Ready rental. Please contact your provider for details. Provincial workers compensation boards will cover the cost up to an 8-week rental.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY RENTAL?
You will receive your Game Ready rental unit 3 business days prior to your surgery date (also referred to as your rental start date). These additional days provide you with the opportunity to familiarize yourself with how the unit operates and to ensure that it is ready for use prior to your surgery.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO USE GAME READY?
Your physician will tell you how long you need to use Game Ready. Once you have the device we believe “more is better”. The longer you use Game Ready each day the better you will feel and the quicker you will recover.
